They promise alot of things and never follow through

The workers and SOME of the managers are amazing. Anyone can talk to anyone. They work incredibly hard and diligently.

Management. They’re quick to blame, hate criticism, cannot take fault for their own mistakes, and don’t really care about you as a human when work gets tough. *this only applies to some of the managers, mainly the higher ups* “They will have no problem showing you the door” is a common phrase I heard amongst the workers and it is 100% true. HR only really works for the higher ups. They push they’re a “family” but in reality they’re just another business turning more and more corporate everyday.
