Pros
Not many pros, actually the only pro aspect to this company is a few of the employees that still work there still have decent human traits. Unfortunately, as time goes on and working at this office under this management staff causes these individuals to become mean, disrespectful to others and cause those walk around with what appears to be a chip on their shoulder. I saw it with my being there three years. These people become increasingly rude, they treat you like they don't know you or worse, hateful towards each other. It is ironic, every office I ever worked at in the past we worked as a team. At the previous offices we felt compassion for each other, we worked hand and hand. Not at this office - you only survive. Do not expect any help or support from others. At this office, your fellow coworkers are completely adversarial.
Cons
If you enjoy being abused, tormented, treated like a unpaid servant, then this is the place for you. Their management is very brutal, they have no idea how to maintain healthy relationships with employees. They are constantly changing employee positions and their roles causing these employees to change their daily job duties. There are office managers who are two faced, smile at you, tell you they are behind you completely but will stab you in the back. For those having to go through this, not good. They have a number of employees in powerful positions that have little to no knowledge of what it takes to be a responsible professional architects. This company cuts every corner they can. The quality control department and the individuals in this department are supposed to protect this from happening. Not the case. Total favoritism, more interested in being friendly with those who are willing to listen to never ending stories about himself and cause grief to those who don't. When it comes to quality control and life safety - forget it, it's ALWAYS personal! If you are unlucky enough to get a job with this company - keep in mind it's a revolving door.
