I thought for a while, but realized that anything “pro” was never executed.

No support from direct manager. Never once met my direct manager, although they assured they would be visiting. A second manager was put in place who made it twice as difficult to get any type of support Extreme lack of care for the customers issues, with a sole focus on the ticketing system “numbers” And so many more...
