Toxic Management - Branch Manager Steeler Employee Review

This place has extremely toxic management especially with the regional manager that has to micro manage every aspect of your position . She constantly cause hate and discontent between employees trying to put each one against one another. They have no trust in new personnel at all. Upper management out of Seattle will constantly lie to you and tell you that you are do a great job and fire you. I took a dysfunctional branch that they walked in a month earlier and completely fired everyone from 41k sale to 150k in monthly sale. Just to be told we are letting you go because you have increased the branch sales numbers. The problem is not the branch. The problem is higher up. The problem is the fact that they need to get rid of the regional manager and up and start to rebuild because when you’ve only been with a company for four months and you’re starting to get the customers to come back to you And have customers ask you so how long you gonna be here for? In three years they’ve gone through 51 employees that is a ridiculous turnover rate. Good riddance to a toxic. Hostile unfair work environment.
