Pros
Hours are great-- over time is usually available to work. Locally owned company, owner still comes to the office almost every day. Starting to build a better relationship with employees. Company lunches. Health, vision, dental, 401k plus other benefits.
Cons
Change needs to happen at this place. Can't keep running things the way it was ran in 1969.
