Pros
Most staff are good people that want the company to succeed but managers are unskilled people who were promoted just because they were there. No people skills and no management training.
Cons
Completely open office space. Shared desks not even cubicles. Would rather absorb work than hire people. Zero communication unless you are in your managers favour. Blatant favouritism, very confidence crushing work environment.
