This is a good place to work if you don't respect yourself as a professional. A self-respecting Safety Professional should not work for this company. The company totally lacks an organizational safety culture. As a safety manager, you will have neither voice nor vote. If you say something and they don't agree with you, the first thing they will do is yell at you "BS" then the supervisor will call your supervisor, and your supervisor will scold you. If the situation recurs again, you are the problem, and you will be fired. If you want to have the worst moments as a safety professional, I invite you to work with them.
