      Pros

      Decent starting pay and low barrier of entry. They'll take people with no experience and train. Overall decent work environment with friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      No air-conditioning. Machines are very poorly maintained and leak frequently. Pay for highly skilled workers usually isn't great. Low confidence in upper management and especially HR. Turnover rate isn't great. Stubborn management on the factory floor causing multi-person jobs to be run by one person frequently, which is exhausting and difficult to keep up with.

      Relaxed environment and friendly staff

      Cons

      Lack of cell signal and no wifi and only vending machine in cafeteria. No employee perks like banking, laundry service, oil change, etc.

      Absolutely bare minimum training from whoever is there and no training guide Lack of communication, a lot of so-and-so said this and this, often led to not telling everyone
