      Pros

      Good for someone looking for work if willing to do some hard labor. Pay is better than other jobs with similar requirements.

      Cons

      Hours are really tough. Always on call and definitely unorganized at times. not really good communication between desk workers and field workers. Temps make things tougher.

      Relaxing work, some really quiet and easy days

      Cons

      Employers do not give schedule out, and literally schedule everyone in the day before. You will not know when you work or if you work tomorrow every single day of your life.
