Working at Stealth Design as a part-time Webflow Developer has been an amazing experience. The projects are super exciting and technically challenging, involving advanced Webflow development, custom code, automation, and smooth animations. This kind of work constantly keeps you learning and growing, which ultimately boosts your confidence. They give you a ton of autonomy and ownership, letting you run with projects end-to-end. Finally, the team culture is genuinely supportive and collaborative—my onboarding was easy, and I always felt encouraged, especially by leaders like Anish Tripathi, Brijraj Rana, and Milind Bagchi.

The working environment is highly ambitious and fast-paced, which means it consistently requires an active, highly motivated individual with a rapid growth curve and excellent time management and organizational skills to keep up with the high standards of execution.
