The hands-on experience of every aspect of a thriving ecommerce company is priceless. You never feel boxed into one job, for those that love to learn this company allows you to wear multiple hats. The family-run culture is comfortable and accommodating. It's customer base is loyal, authentic, and engaged. Management allows for complete autonomy, and the learning opportunities are endless. Steals requires and deserves only employees who are self-starters, passionate, not afraid of a challenge, and driven to grow the business. I'm lucky to have had that opportunity.
