Pros

I’ve been working at Smarthost London for almost three years now, having joined in May 2023, and it has genuinely been a rewarding experience. I came into the company without a background directly aligned to the role, but I was welcomed warmly from day one. The team were friendly, patient and always available to help whenever I needed support, which made settling in much easier. One thing that stands out about Smarthost is the approachability of the owners — they’re not just owners who manage from a distance. They work alongside us, understand the daily workflow, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Their presence creates a collaborative rather than hierarchical culture, which I personally appreciate a lot. I’ve also been given great flexibility and trust in my role, which has allowed me to grow professionally and take ownership of my work. Having a team that believes in you is a big motivation, and that has been one of the strongest reasons I’ve enjoyed my time here. Overall, my experience at Smarthost has been positive, supportive, and full of opportunities to learn. It’s a workplace where you feel heard, trusted, and valued — and that makes all the difference.

Cons

Dont get to see colleagues that often as we work from home.
