Cons
C-Level managers are all incompetent with no vision or experience. They company has been in distress for years and recently received a stay of execution by the Merck buyout. They company has been led by a myriad of leaders who lack vision, experience, and general common business sense. They feel that by replacing employees they are fixing their problem, when the problem lies at the top and the lack of leadership. They can replace their entire workforce and never see improvement. The Board of Directors should be ashamed of allowing such mismanagement to occur year over year. The current CEO is a liar and tells the workforce one thing and does the opposite. She has created a culture that is toxic. Pay is horrible and there is not one data driven decision made in the business. The business has no standards or goals that are measured against to indicate success or failure. Every decision is made based on gut feel.
