Pros
- Founders are extremely driven to create actual change in the education system - Culture is unlike any other EdTech I have heard of. Most discussions are around students and outcomes. The sales team does not make fake promises! - Supportive managers who look out for you
Cons
- Being a fully remote startup, I think we can at least meet once in a while. Have never been in a place where I have hardly met anyone on the team and it feels a bit strange and needed time to get used to
