The team is awesome, all top notch. The culture is the best I've found. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Lots of community involvement. Lots of perks - rewards program, bonuses, free lunch every Friday, reduced summer hours, 401k matching with immediate vesting, donation matching, all federal holidays (Plus usually a free day off if the holiday falls on a Tue or Thur), 40 hrs paid volunteer time, paid kid school time off, and more. Low pressure, employee centered work environment. Great office environment on Notre Dame campus. Plenty of food and scenery.

Growing company - some chaos. Open work areas can be distracting.

My experience with Stay Metrics has been nothing but positive. I feel like my opinion matters, I feel like I am a valued employee and I feel that the company truly puts it's employees first. The Senior Leadership Team has a "door is always open" policy and If I had a concern I could voice my opinion with out backlash from any one of them. The two owners of the company have created a unique culture here. The benefits package is top of the line. From the start I was given vacation days, hours, free lunch of Fridays, and during the summer they let you leave at 2 pm on Fridays and pay you the 3 hours you left early. Not to mention you get 40 hours of time to volunteer in your community. Yes, they pay you to help in your community. I can't imagine any new employee not feeling welcomed by the team. If you're one of the lucky ones that gets an offer to join the team. Join the team!!
