Pros
My experience with Stay Metrics has been nothing but positive. I feel like my opinion matters, I feel like I am a valued employee and I feel that the company truly puts it's employees first. The Senior Leadership Team has a "door is always open" policy and If I had a concern I could voice my opinion with out backlash from any one of them. The two owners of the company have created a unique culture here.
The benefits package is top of the line. From the start I was given vacation days, hours, free lunch of Fridays, and during the summer they let you leave at 2 pm on Fridays and pay you the 3 hours you left early. Not to mention you get 40 hours of time to volunteer in your community. Yes, they pay you to help in your community.
I can't imagine any new employee not feeling welcomed by the team. If you're one of the lucky ones that gets an offer to join the team. Join the team!!
