      Pros

      The company offers remote flexible work that fit well with my schedule as a student. The CEO is very dedicated towards providing caregivers employment opportunities, and that dedication is contagious - everyone is working towards a collective goal. My coworkers were sharp, helpful, and team oriented. Couldn't have asked for a better part-time job.

      Cons

      There were no downsides for me. Working for Stay in the Game was a great experience!

      Pros

      SITG has an outstanding leadership team who collaborate to support and invest in their employees. The company is mission-driven and encourages continuous learning. Their commitment to integrity and quality in everything they do makes me proud to come to work. Working at SITG has given me growth opportunities beyond my expectation and has given me freedoms to provide for my family without the stress of missing out on raising my children. I get to come to work every day and am thankful for the opportunity to be present for the milestones I get to be part of for my kids. Nothing better than that!

      I honestly can't think of any true downsides! The company provides a supportive and well-balanced environment that has me looking forward to each work day.
