Pros

Work life balance... sort of... actually no not really.

Cons

Low pay, high expectations, usually paid on time if in UK and if your services are deemed "essential". They have about 100 plus creditors that they owe some over 2 years old - debt collectors calling frequently. They pay agencies for fake awards for marketing and have probably added a few fake reviews here as well. They are cash strapped and cannot get credit there are a few judgements to their name and if you read above they seem to keep dissolving companies. I regret not doing my research before accepting an offer, lessons learned. They still owe me my last pay... oh so if you leave just know you may never see that last pay - because you are not an " essential " service provider anymore. They have ghosted me now.

Pros

None to be very honest!

Cons

Everything - can't pin point to one! In my 24 years of professional experience, this has undoubtedly been the most dysfunctional and unprofessional company I've encountered. Leadership, particularly the CTO, exhibits a hostile and authoritarian style, dismissing all feedback, suggestions, or input from the team. Clients are frequently disparaged behind their backs with derogatory terms, while the company aggressively pursues payments despite consistently missing project timelines and deliverables. Professionalism is virtually nonexistent—in interactions with both employees and clients. Basic processes and standards appear lacking, to the point where even a small independent garage would likely operate with greater structure and accountability. Nearly all employees and projects are outsourced to South Africa to minimize costs, leaving only 2-3 staff based in the UK. Compensation is significantly below market rates, with frequent delays in payroll and no bonuses (understandably, given the company's apparent cash flow issues). For the company to have any chance of long-term survival and restoring a functional work environment, replacing the CTO would be an essential first step. P.S.: If you are seeking employment - do not be swayed by reassuring or overly optimistic statements from the team—the working environment frequently results in employees feeling fundamentally unsuited and disillusioned. If you are a customer - please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Pros

Working from home nothing more

Cons

Every thing. You are paid late, the management are super racist. At some point we were given a directive not to hire people with African surnames, but meanwhile for cheap labour, they were hiring people from SA, Zambia, Tanzania to name a few. The CEO is arrogant and rude. The only reason to work for this company is when you have hit rock bottom desperate. Don't be fooled by their fake promises, they are just that fake.
