Pros

Overall unfortunately there are lovely people working there

Cons

There is no work they will sell you a dream, post 5 different job titles for the same job then get you cold calling and that is basically it, company hired at least 3 people who all lasted 1 week cause there was nothing to do. The salary is rubbish and no chance of a pay rise you will be doing the most work and being paid the least. Also the pay every month is late won’t pay until at least 5pm on the day not good for people that have bills to pay on time. Director is racist so if you have a accent or your name is not English then no chance of your cv even being looked at. Debt company’s calling everyday cause the company is in so much debt and have the landlord coming in shouting cause they haven’t paid their rent for a year :) All in all company is a absolute sh*t show!

Pros

None to be very honest!

Cons

Everything - can't pin point to one! In my 24 years of professional experience, this has undoubtedly been the most dysfunctional and unprofessional company I've encountered. Leadership, particularly the CTO, exhibits a hostile and authoritarian style, dismissing all feedback, suggestions, or input from the team. Clients are frequently disparaged behind their backs with derogatory terms, while the company aggressively pursues payments despite consistently missing project timelines and deliverables. Professionalism is virtually nonexistent—in interactions with both employees and clients. Basic processes and standards appear lacking, to the point where even a small independent garage would likely operate with greater structure and accountability. Nearly all employees and projects are outsourced to South Africa to minimize costs, leaving only 2-3 staff based in the UK. Compensation is significantly below market rates, with frequent delays in payroll and no bonuses (understandably, given the company's apparent cash flow issues). For the company to have any chance of long-term survival and restoring a functional work environment, replacing the CTO would be an essential first step. P.S.: If you are seeking employment - do not be swayed by reassuring or overly optimistic statements from the team—the working environment frequently results in employees feeling fundamentally unsuited and disillusioned. If you are a customer - please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Pros

Working from home nothing more

Cons

Every thing. You are paid late, the management are super racist. At some point we were given a directive not to hire people with African surnames, but meanwhile for cheap labour, they were hiring people from SA, Zambia, Tanzania to name a few. The CEO is arrogant and rude. The only reason to work for this company is when you have hit rock bottom desperate. Don't be fooled by their fake promises, they are just that fake.
