      Pros

      The owners are really cool and they let me work from home three days out of the week, which in my situation living outside of Orlando is important. I just started and I already like the environment and everything is open communication, they're very open with the company progress which makes me feel like I'm part of the company more than just a paycheck employee.

      Cons

      The main offices are in downtown Tampa and right now I have to be there twice a week for the first 90 days and it takes me a little over an hour to get to work from where I live.

      I love that I can check into the office only when I need to which lets me work from basically anywhere and the earnings are great so far

      Pros

      Nice office, bank hours, strong management and an attractive pay scale. Benefits are available after 90 days including PTO, medical, dental and life. 401k is matched after 90 days and an investment program is available after 12 months.

      Cons

      Downtown Parking is very expensive.

We strive to provide a positive work environment and we encourage a healthy balance of personal and work life for all employees, whether full-time team members or affiliates. We want to do whatever we can to ensure our team is motivated and most importantly satisfied with their job.
