Hi, thank you for providing your review on our company in this page. However, we would like to emphasize a few points here: 1. We hire the candidates based on the info provided in their CV as well as the information provided during the interview where based on the best candidate who fit our requirements will be hired for the positions that were advertised. 2. However, when the new staff joined us, we noticed that their performance was not up to the Company’s expectation. Also people say a lot of things they have done previously but then it is not the case. 3. Perhaps, the Company would like to understand that what make the employees unhappy with the Management and we suggest employee to talk to HR/Management to share about their concern before review it in public. Our HR always has a open door policy but most don’t provide feedback but then complain via outside platform without any facts to back them up.

Pros

Statworks is a fast paced and dynamic organization with excellent exposure, especially in sales engineering, business development, and STEM/education technology markets. The management team is genuinely supportive and approachable. Senior leaders are willing to mentor and trust younger team members with real responsibilities, which accelerates both professional and personal growth. The working culture encourages learning, initiative, and ownership. You are not boxed into rigid roles, which allows you to explore multiple aspects of the business such as sales strategy, partnerships, logistics, product training, and client engagement. The environment is collaborative and the team is welcoming and helpful, making it easy to integrate even as a new joiner. The company is also well positioned in the education technology and engineering solutions space, with strong brand partnerships and regional exposure. This gives employees the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impact schools, universities, and industry partners.

Cons

Being a growing company, processes are continuously evolving. This can sometimes feel fast paced and demanding, especially for those who prefer highly structured environments. Workload can be heavy during peak periods, particularly when handling multiple projects or tight client deadlines.
