They pay well as per their needs. If you are willing to travel anywhere then it’s good fit for you.
Cons
Everything is a con. They will treat you well as long as you are tagged to a client. If you are out of the project they will treat you poorly. They will tell you you are not tagged to project you will be on LOP. There won’t be any bench system here. Poor management, they can do better. They showcase themselves as good to great company and 0 layoffs, as they simply ask you to resign . They promise WFH, but they will ask you for office. If you are from South they will tell you we have enough clients you don’t have to come to North locations, but incase of no clients in Hyd/Bang they will ask you to come to Gurgaon/Delhi/Pune, if you deny going there they will ask you to put papers. They don’t consider your situation. Don’t just join for the Pay Overall company can do better by treating employees properly, employees are the pillars of the company, people will think twice before joining as there are so many companies where they treat employees well.
