Interview: - Took a significant amount of time and effort for the take-home assignment - Tech curve for understanding and getting to the problem is significant Company: - Typical remote async work cons I suppose: can be overwhelming and seem chaotic, looser structure in terms of process, fast-paced and ever-changing, can be daunting because of the unknowns that come with the tech space, etc - The organizational structure is hard to follow and has changed a lot recently.
