The main reason everyone looks for a job is money and this company you can make money I. The summer time for maybe for 8 good months and winter slows down but you still make a good weekly salary if you a deckhand , FO or Captain you also part of a MMP marine workers union that protects you for the most part . But if you really want to make a good paycheck you have to work overtime 100 💯

Cons

Long working hours you have to work a minimum of 11 to 13 hours a day and a minimum of 5 days , so you really has to choose between money or life .
