Full of empty promises, the product idea was stolen by the owner and made into what it is today. They get newly qualified students after completing their degree and sell them that the worlds their oyster and that they have the opportunity for growth within the company, its all false and smoke and mirrors. Employees welfare is non existent all Statsports cares about is how much money you can bring to the table. Your not even a number! If you make them money your liked. The boss runs about like a headless chicken wearing band t shirts swearing and threatening whoever he feels like. You may think your joining this big tech company but in reality it's a clown show! People are promoted through brown nosing rather than merit. Which makes our job even harder trying to work and be efficient with people that do not know what they are doing. Frustrating is an understatement! Staff turn over is extremely high.
