      Nice people helping each other. Good pension scheme. The daily duties are challenging. Good work/life balance. Nice office locations. Really believes that the future is electric.

      Debates and debates. The strong belief in competence makes discussions long and somewhat enjoyable. A lack of customer focus. Struggle with internal silo thinking.
