Honestly, I worked at statlinx for a little over a year. It is the most hostile work environment I’ve worked in. Management gossips about employees and Vice Versa. Managers leave voicemails of them talking ill of you with others. If you used a personal computer during the pandemic for remote work, they unknowingly placed spyware on my personal computer, which was never advised of, the rep who had set my computer up had let me know. If you have internet outages, your direct supervisor will belittle you and make you feel bad for issues out of your control. They promise promotions to seasoned reps and then pull the rug based on favoritism. When being moved to a new shift, this system was explained to me that they make their judgment on you based off their general like or dislike for you as a person majorly. Severely underpaid for the work that you do, I believe it 45% below the national average. They state they are family! And that is true if you are used to a toxic family that is going to drain you of every single ounce of happiness you have left. Actively made me contemplate taking a plunge off a roof.
