In my experience, the work culture was deeply disappointing. During one meeting held on a Saturday, I felt publicly humiliated by a senior leader over issues that I did not believe were my responsibility. The interaction was disrespectful and left me feeling intimidated rather than supported. As a female employee, I did not always feel respected or psychologically safe in the workplace. Situations that I believed should have been addressed through constructive feedback instead became public confrontations. This significantly affected my confidence and motivation. I also felt that raising concerns through HR did not result in meaningful resolution, leaving me with the impression that employee voices carried little weight compared with management decisions. The company promotes the message, “It’s all about People,” but my experience did not reflect that value. Hard work and professionalism often felt secondary to internal dynamics, and respect for employees was inconsistent.
