Weird company culture, high workload - Social Media Specialist Static Media Employee Review

Set your own schedule, choose your workload. Everyone is great to work with and flexible. There does seem to be upward mobility for people who are committed to the gig, but many are part-time.

When paid by word some articles can require a lot of research and it doesn't quite even out to a great hourly. Job requirements/standards/schedule flexibility depends upon the publication you write for.

It was good flexible work.

I didn't use AI but they accussed me of it and immediately fired me.
