- flexible hiring process - plenty of work available once hired - decent pay escalators early on - relaxed dress code - make some of your own hours
Cons
- nature of work can become monotonous and can turn into a difficult grind, physically and especially mentally - pay escalators plateau at around the 2-3 year mark depending on the individual - difficult to progress upwardly through the company in an efficient manner - very specific skillset leading to lack of transferability of skills - high company turnover despite low termination rate
