The team at StateTrust is extremely committed to their customers, and the betterment and wellbeing of their financial state. As a company that is run from the South Florida area, by people who are predominantly latin the team is extremely well-rounded. I've learned so much about the business world, and set such high personal expectations of myself thanks to the Executive Team.

No place is perfect, but the executive team is always striving towards perfection, and comment that is brought up is listened to and processes are always being put in place to ensure that the team working on said project or deliverable have the best ability to do so.

Good and fair compensation. Payment of salaries and contractors are of utmost importance for CEO and he makes sure that this guideline in followed to the T.

There is no professional sense of management. CEO is on top of every move, from top to bottom of company, does not delegate, shows total contempt and disdain for the work of employees. He believes he has the knowledge in every field and discipline, and does not accept others' work, criteria or recommendations if different to his views. Yells, insults and uses disrespectful words to humiliate employees. Emotionally draining for male and female employees alike and even for his own relatives and girlfriend who work for him. Not worth the money.
