Pros

-People working there, are normally starting in the industry, so all of them put its soul to the job, are friendly and optimistic (at least first months). -Variety of snacks, including fruits, cookies, healthy bars, etc. -depending on the mood of management, flexible schedule.

Cons

-Fake promises (what you get is not by far what you get offer, in the moment you bring this to the table they state you have bad attitude). -If I say lack or poor management, I'm been very acquiescent, in my 17 years of work I haven't see any company so bad managed, in all the ways imaginable. -If you have to do (because there is always something let it to the las hour, talking about bad management) extra hours, good luck getting them paid. -Depending on the mood of management, flexible schedule. -Awful management, I know I already put this, but let me get this right for you, my future friend, everything wrong with this company is management, there is nobody that can make this worst than it is now, Donald Trump would be proud.

Labor law in Costa Rica and the US is very clear and strictly enforced regarding employees compensation, payment and overtime remuneration so everyone gets treated equally and fairly. We work with a great team of lawyers that makes sure every single one of our decisions not only follows the law but is also ethically correct. It is very unfortunate to see how a former employee can react in such an unprofessional manner as to form part of this wave of trolling comments meant to harm the reputation of the company without providing any constructive criticism. We wish you the best of luck selling sandwiches ON a stadium.

Pros

This company invests in their employees with coaching, continual training, and the opportunity to work with state of the art enterprise companies. The benefits, opportunities for growth, and heart-based leadership make Stateside a great home for talented tech professionals.

Cons

Stateside seeks out and employs only the very best talent and has the highest standards for working with their clients. If you are not a lifetime-learner or team-player focused on growing your skills, this will not be a good fit for you.

Pros

Working here was definitely a learning experience

Cons

-Low pay for high work expectations -No set job roles or training -Lack of concern for employees, as long as they are able meet deadlines and keep clients happy that is all that matters -Failure to meet deadlines is always the employees' fault, management never takes "ownership" of own shortcomings -Very unstable, quick staff turnaround -Uncertain future for this startup, if employees continue to be undervalued Don't be fooled by the cool "vibe" of this place. It takes a certain personality to be happy at this place, so please know what you are getting into before accepting a job here. If you choose to work here, don't put all your eggs in one basket your job may not be secure.

Thank you, we do appreciate and value the constructive criticism and take this type of feedback very seriously, we agree that it really does take a certain type of person to be happy and successful working at Stateside. We take pride in listening to our employees, which is proven by the fact that only 3 employees have resigned in our 3 years of operation. A testament to this fact is that we also provide a suggestion box where employees can submit their feedback to management anonymously so that we can learn and make changes along the way where necessary. We strive to achieve a high level of creativity and individual efforts from our employees. And as much as we learn from our success we learn from our failures - including hiring candidates that are not a good cultural fit.
