      Full on cost cutting they are doing to complete their 2 billion target( whish was supposed to achieve in2014/ still not yet achieved)No mandatory leaves and no sick leave they vil consider only unplanned leave. if I m taking leave on Friday and Monday, so I have applied 4 days live. No US holiday or no Indian holiday

      Cons

      No night shift allowance, no pickup facility in day time. And the worst things system are not working properly (everyday problem). Water purify machine is not working properly and no tissue paper available on daily basis.

      The company is as good as your manager. I was really lucky to have great managers to work with.

      Cons

      HR needs improvement in their outlook towards employees.
