Pros

It's a good place to start as no experience is needed for entry level (for which salary is so-so but for fresh graduate is ok). Below pros will heavily depend on the team/department/location you're in, but in general: - friendly and supportive team members - work from home possibilities (even in daily ops) - in theory you've got access to vast amount of training courses - chance to finance postgraduate studies

Cons

- constant staff changes - lack of good entry training for new staff - lack of time for projects not directly related to daily process - a lot of overtime required - limited options for promotion (starting from A2 to SA promotion) - no reason to stay in this company if you'll have an offer from competition

Pros

They offer resources for learning.

Cons

In my previous roles I've never felt burnout but with this one is the first I was feeling crush. I don't think managers take time to structure the tasks on a 8hrs or 10hrs per day. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance at all. Even if you made the sacrifice to stay late, you will not be done with the work for the day.
