Pros
Good place to work if you want job stability, limited responsibility and good work life balance. Depending on how your manager is the work load is very much manageable
Cons
The company is riddled with layering. What is usually done by one or two individuals in other companies are fragmented into 4-5 teams Advantage for the company - it can offer lower pay as your responsibilities are small and the effect of an individual error is minimized disadvantage for the employee - you will have limited knowledge of the overall business and thus you become less marketable if you decide to pursue other opportunities.
