Pros

Full time work from home. People are nice.

Cons

They are very cheap and will not give you a raise. It has been over 4+yrs since they have given anyone a yearly raise (outside of people being promoted or moving internally). They talk about supporting women being paid as much as men and equality, but that is all. They also talk about elevating black individuals and making sure they have fair market pay, but that has not happened, a colleague (black woman) has asked for a raise and have not gotten any in the last 10yrs...they keep stating they don't have it in the budget. There has been no action to bring women to the same pay as men.

Pros

They offer resources for learning.

Cons

In my previous roles I've never felt burnout but with this one is the first I was feeling crush. I don't think managers take time to structure the tasks on a 8hrs or 10hrs per day. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance at all. Even if you made the sacrifice to stay late, you will not be done with the work for the day.
