Pros

It's name, with the way the economy has gone, t has not gone up or down like other companies & the benefits are ok, get paid vacation & sick days. If you are single & have no life & can soak in the knowledge, nice place to learn the field or try to start to, they have a lot of classes & the teachers for the most part are nice but you never really remember, but nice to get away for awhile

Cons

Management needs to realize that employees are not corporate slaves, at times ask for OT or extra time needed to complete work that's being asked yet the time is not ranted & then constantly be stalked as to why the work is not done, training is not good within the group & month ends are horrible, use to give 2 weeks now want everything done in 1 week & for it to be accurate, not possible, the 5,000 emails you will receive stating everything is priority so you never get to finish the work you need. They show no respect or understanding of the stress between work & personal life. If senior management does not like you will do everything in their power to make your life a living hell in hopes you will quit. Does not show recognition of job well done but God forbid you make a mistake then all hell breaks loose....you don't even get a real cube, it's half a cube & the pay stinks for the work being done

Pros

Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

Cons

No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.

Pros

The company has a great severence package. Unfortunately thats a pro because they are laying off workers every 3 months until most of operations are offshore. Decent 401k match and vacation.

Cons

Layoffs, pay is low. Return to office mandate.
