      Pro! As in whats better about state street than other companies? Nothing stands-out.

      Cons

      Training people to do you job so it can be moved over seas. Having you teams tripped of a person/s with the vacant spot going over seas but the work never follows. no raises no promotion for the last 2 years. State Street will work you till you leave so they can avoid paying a severance package. Dont talk to your coworkers during working hours you boss/manager might yell at everyone.

      They offer resources for learning.

      Cons

      In my previous roles I've never felt burnout but with this one is the first I was feeling crush. I don't think managers take time to structure the tasks on a 8hrs or 10hrs per day. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance at all. Even if you made the sacrifice to stay late, you will not be done with the work for the day.
