Pros

Large company with increasing opportunities to move within the company to broaden experiences.

Cons

The company has committed to a number of initiatives, but has not maintained enough people with the right level of experience to continue to follow through on the initiatives. The offshore teams are structured in such a way that they operate independently from the onshore teams despite being responsible for delivering to the onshore teams. Pay increases are seldom, typically occurring every 3 years.

Pros

They offer resources for learning.

Cons

In my previous roles I've never felt burnout but with this one is the first I was feeling crush. I don't think managers take time to structure the tasks on a 8hrs or 10hrs per day. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance at all. Even if you made the sacrifice to stay late, you will not be done with the work for the day.
