Pros
It is good platform for those who are now to fund accounting business. People are willing to sharing ideas and experience.
Cons
Not attractive yearly bonus. The salary are slightly lower than the market benchmark and i believe they are offering more training and lower the barrier for new entry. So they are not too generous in payoff staff good increment.
