      Flexible work arrangement available to most

      Cons

      Hierarchical. Inauthentic HR leaders paying lip service to the programs that HR creates for the company like Listening and Challenging debate and Diversity. Lack of leadership skills from EVP and SVPs. "Leaders" lacking sense of how HR really feels. Bad overall HR culture.

      Pros

      Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

      Cons

      No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
