Do not work here. Completely antiquated company. Are living in the dark ages. No new systems, have the ability to engage with new tech but choose not to. Everything done via Excel. Micro managed. No wage increase in 3 years. Senior management do not have the ability to provide feedback and must do it through lower management- grow a backbone. Office at furthest edge of the city centre. 4 days a week in the office. Office can barely hold everyone. No training. Are expected to treat senior management like God's. Very much a caste system in place.
