Can be flexible , most teams are supportive and very good at what they do , good holiday allowance including a disconnect day and birthday day.
Cons
Hire freeze , no sign of salary increases or decent bonuses ( hasn’t been in many years ). The talent is leaving the building. No positive or motivational messaging to encourage teams .
