      Fun Team/Work, Bad Management - Anonymous employee State Management Employee Review

      Pros

      - Most coworkers are nice but temperamental - Fast-paced but fun work (pre-COVID) - If your goal is to become an agent it’s a decent place to start out and gain experience - They pay their interns - Good amount of PTO

      Cons

      - Lack of diversity (most POC were fired or left after the CEO shift) - The best people leave, and aren’t given an incentive to stay - Majority of models are more commercial/regular-looking people. It’s not a bad thing but if you want to work with high-fashion/supermodels head elsewhere - Lack of clear upward mobility - Favoritism, and low pay if you’re not apart of that

      Pros

      They will put you in front of all major clients if it makes sense for your look. They truly care for you and aren't weird like a lot of agencies are. You're free to be who you'd like and do what you'd like with your body.

      Cons

      They can tend to change agents ever so often.

      Nice team in the trenches.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the CEO has no understanding of the Fashion Industry and only wants to increase revenue without any talent or employee investment. Very high turnover.
