      1. There are a few decent people inside the company. 2. Provides lunch to employees 3. Gets company products at discounted rates

      Cons

      1. Extremely politicized and employees are under a lot of pressure due to the inability of the higher management to get along. 2. Has a blame and gossip culture from top to bottom. 3. No room for growth as the management is unwilling to explore/ spend on non-traditional methods for management/ marketing/sales. 4. Work on Saturdays until 3pm 5. Compensation is much below industry rates.

      Challenging Businesses environment with lot of potential to grow and perform. Local distributor for 40+ Global brands and 5+ Local manufacturing brands.

      Cons

      Single owner sudden decision making, political background, less freedom to operate the business makes long term damage to the business and erod the brand turnover and tarnish the image in the market.
