      Pros

      Some good people, good whisky, free parking.

      Cons

      Zero culture. Terrible offices (uninspiring). Internet does not work so staff have to hotspot off personal phones. Tough industry, redundancies globally in 2024. In the recent restructure, some team members told if they did/didn't have a job on a Teams video call (not in person). Strategy changes every 6 months. Poor communication. No career progression opportunities.

      The company has great, award winning whisky. Nice to work with such high-quality items.

      Cons

      Headquarters is in Australia, so time difference between teams can be an issue.

      The Founder causes chaos. Terrible office. One particular employee on Leadership team was a bully.
