This place is an aggregation of part time freelance corporate execs with rich experiences from past so has a very good potential if they only narrowly focus on few core areas.

-This company can be best described as a consultancy firm with diverse interests & skilled individuals aggregated from the network but with a lack of any specific focus area & purpose, which even gets diluted with all part time freelance team members and consultants who have other primary work relationships elsewhere. -Extracting revenue from entrepreneurs in the form of revenue share in lieu of connections which most of the startup ecosystem does for free to help the ecosystem or be a part of ecosystem, isn't a sustainable model. Being an early stage investor and charging your own company revenue share is counter productive and dilutes the brand as well, hinders scalability of company as well as limits staff's growth potential.

Deep and strong community built around it, which provides significant leverage in the pursuit of individual and company success. Deeply experience and supportive Founding / Management Team - provide lots of room to grow, but always available to help as well.
