Cons
No proper salary, the company thinks you are a donkey and they don't even consider you as human. They don't give an exception of login hours and take long hours of meeting in shift time. Employee favouritism is always there. Seniors keep mentally harassing you. They tell 6 days working and make you work for 7 days a week and call it a business requirement. They never update you on your shift timings. They want you to login even on your weekoff. They make us work like a donkey and pay us a little salary. No exception is given for health issues, family matters or if you have some work to do. All they need is complete 8 hours of pure login. They bring unofficial gossips in official groups. They do not respect you as an employee. There is no recognition for work, no work life balance, no night shift allowance, no wifi allowance, no meal allowance and just a little bonus amount credited every three months which gets deducted from our overall salary. These people think that you are an idiot and you would dance like a puppet in their hands. Unprofessional behaviour from HR team and no one even cares to listen, empathise, sympathise to your concerns. I would recommend please don't even join this startek company even you have monetary requirement. They will torture you mentally giving you unnecessary targets for OJT.
