Good People, Friendly Environment, Good Hours, Management is very good

Low salary, they salary never improves, instead they come up with excuses to drop it down, you hardly ever meet the KPI, And they hardly ever take employees seriously, or employee complaints, making it hard to believe or trust in company, and the benefits are close to nothing the only thing you get is life cover, which I find useless, as we need medical aid salary improvement, internal job opportunities are close nothing
