Pros
Great co-workers, sometimes a "fun atmosphere" - training was very thorough, although not up to date the way it should have been, so it was a shock to be thrown out onto the floor without having updated policies and procedures to follow.
Cons
Way too political, miscommunication, favoritism. Lack of appreciation for the employees - if you weren't in with the "cool crowd" - mostly the supervisors, you were looked down upon as a minion basically.
